Stringfever require a performance area with a minimum dimension of 8' by 12' (2.4m by3.6m).

For more than 50 or so guests a stage that is at least 1' high is usually required so that all the guests can see the performance.

The stage area should be lit with a good wash of white light so that Stringfever's facial expressions can be seen! (Stringfever can provide lighting if necessary)

They can supply their own P.A. system for audiences of up to about 450 people.

Over and above this or if a P.A. system is already supplied for the event Stringfever would require:

• A high quality sound system, with Bass bins to suit the size of the venue with an even spread of sound across the entire room.
• Four monitors ,all with the same mix (sometimes two is sufficient, please check)
• Total of 7 channels on a the mixing desk, 4 for the instruments, 3 for Mics - (one cabled SM58 for beat box, and two hand held radio mikes for vocals – we can supply)
• 3 boom mic stands
• One Bar Stool (Scotland and overseas only)

Stringfever are a 4 piece electric string group with the cellist also beat - boxing. They perform on Violectra instruments, and supply their own sennheiser wireless instrument receivers and Line6 podxt effects.

They also travel with their own sound engineer to mix their performance
